LEARN ABOUT OUR COMMITMENT

The L’Ea Bianca Management is setting in place the highest health and safety protocols according to the Italian National Institute of Health as well as the World Health Organization guidelines, in order to ensure a safe and thoughtless stay for everyone. Some extra measures have been added in order to offer a high quality service for an unforgettable experience. We would like to emphasize once again that our top priority is to guarantee the well-being of our guests, our staff, the local community and our partners, now, more than ever.

RESORT

  • Social distancing of minimum 1 meter is guaranteed in throughout the hotel. At the pool an hotel beach area the space reserved for each umbrella is at least 10 square meters.
  • A vast, 2-hectare private park welcomes our guests, who will revel among aromatic plants and the sea, in a superb union with nature. Imagine that in our garden each room and villa has more than 150 square meters of green at its disposal, to ensure the most appropriate privacy and distancing .
  • At check-in your body temperature will be detected with a thermo-scanner
  • Our guest will only wear the mask in closed common areas. In outdoor common areas, the mask must be worn only if the social distancing of minimum 1 meter cannot be respected.

STAFF

  • A training program on all the prevention and protection measures for all members of our staff has been implemented to guarantee our guests’ safety as well as their own.
  • Our staff is under regular daily tests.
  • Strict procedures for suppliers and external companies accessing the L’Ea Bianca Luxury Resort are in use.

MEDICAL SERVICE

  • A Medical service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Thermometers are available at the front desk to conduct body temperature checks upon request.
  • Provision of medical masks and gloves for our guests upon request.

SANIFICATION

  • A protocol for sanitizing twice a day all common areas and surfaces with state-of-the-art certified equipment has been implemented,
  • Strict sanitizing protocol is applied to the guests’ rooms, to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants.
  • In all rooms and common areas we have installed air sanitizer of the latest generation, UVOXY Technology, SanificaAria 30 Beghelli. This device sucks in the air around you, deactivates any viruses and bacteria, and re-emits the sanitized air into the environment, continuously.
  • Hand sanitizer stations, are available throughout the property.
  • Appropriate distancing will be guaranteed on the pool area as well as hotel beach, with constant sanitization of sun-beds and umbrellas.
  • A daily check of the pool water parameters and the chlorine level, is done every two hours , to ensure continuous disinfection.
  • Sanitation rules for drivers and vehicles used for the private transfer services will be guaranteed.
  • All our Guests’ luggage will be sanitized before being delivered to the room.
